About Us
The Garden Taylor is a garden and landscape design studio creating beautiful, sustainable and resilient outdoor spaces for residential, commercial and community projects across Kent, Sussex and London.
I bring together a background in psychology with a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Greenwich. That shapes how I design: I think not only about how a landscape looks, but how it feels, and how it supports wellbeing, connection and long-term resilience. My planting is naturalistic, sympathetic to the surrounding landscape and rooted in place.

I can help at whatever stage suits you, from a one-off consultation or a planting plan for an existing garden to a full design taken through to construction and planting. I work with talented landscape partners, specialist contractors, architects and independent botanical nurseries, combining horticultural knowledge with clear, well-detailed design.
I first studied garden design at the London College of Garden Design at Kew Gardens, graduating with distinction in 2020. I won the Professional's Choice Award at Belvoir Castle Flower Show in 2022, and a Silver Gilt medal at RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2023. The Garden Taylor has also been named a House & Garden Rising Star.
The studio is based in Lamberhurst, near Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
